Get setup and backing up in less time than it takes to brew a cup of tea; you’ll be glad you did!

1. If you haven’t done so already, download a copy of Dr Logic Backup CrashPlan from our downloads page.

2. Double click the Install CrashplanPro icon to start the installer.

3. Follow the instructions of the installer assistant. You will be asked for the administrator’s username and password during the installation process. This is the username and password for your computer and set yourself.

4. Once successfully installed, CrashPlan Pro will launch automatically.

5. Choose Existing Account and enter your username and password, which would have been provided to you by Dr Logic Backup.

6. Hit Start Backup to begin the backup process.

That’s all there is to it!

Please Note: By default, all of your Home folder will be backed up. For more control over your backup options, check out the Additional Settings section.
